Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination.
• Respond to phone, email, and text inquiries promptly.
• Handle payments and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and inviting.
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions.
• Support med spa staff with day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in med spa, salon, or healthcare front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using scheduling/EMR systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
