YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the lead sales consultant with daily tasks

Assist with contacting leads generated by marketing companies

Assist with scheduling of consultations

Answer phone calls

Assist with confirming consult appointments, pre-consultation calls and provide follow-up communications

Maintain a good working relationship with clients and lead sales consultant

Maintain acceptable level of personal production

Maintain a clean an orderly office and red-light therapy room

Maintain a positive work environment

Can easily communicate with owners and clients

Be willing to learn and grow in a fast paced, fun environment

Treat everyone with respect

POSITION: The purpose of the admin is to assist the Owners and Lead Sales Consultant with daily tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The admin will assist with phone calls, check in of clients as well as answering client questions. The position also assists with the retention of existing members and sanitizing the red-light therapy equipment and vibration platform after each use.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

You’re passionate about health and wellness

You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer experience

You are not bummed out by having to work on Saturdays

Your communication skills and personality are high-energy and engaging

Excellent customer service skills are required

Ability to learn and use new software systems

Knowledge of and experience in health and wellness services is desired

Knowledge of and experience in weight loss and/or body contouring is preferred, but not required
