We are a large real estate brokerage with offices located throughout DC, MD, and VA. Our office, located in Virginia Beach, VA, is looking for a candidate to manage the front desk operations. This is a full-time position (9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday). You would be responsible for responding to calls, questions, and requests in a friendly and timely manner and implementing office standards. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Coordinate Real Estate Transactions: Manage administrative steps of real estate transactions from contract to close. This includes tracking deadlines, ensuring all required documents are completed and submitted on time, maintaining communication with clients, lenders, settlement contacts, and agents, and keeping all parties informed throughout the process • Perform general front desk duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Enter data accurately into internal systems and databases • Scan checks for electronic deposit into the appropriate bank account • Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations • Stay current with office procedures and protocols • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of front desk management and data entry experience • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail — accuracy is a must • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities; able to connect with a wide range of personalities • Proficient in navigating internet applications and online tools • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and multiple web browsers • Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment; able to work independently with minimal supervision • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone etiquette • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity • Team-oriented mindset — all employees are expected to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and actively support process improvements Compensation: $17 hourly
