Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out procedures. • Coordinating treatment appointments and necessary follow-ups for patients. • Contacting patients regarding their balances and ensuring timely payment collection. • Presenting treatment options to patients. • Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments efficiently. • Addressing specific patient care needs, including prescriptions, specialist follow-ups, and post-treatment inquiries.
