Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently.

Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services offered.

Process patient insurance claims and verify coverage details.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Assist with billing and payment processing tasks.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience required .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

Experience with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus.
