We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Administrator to support our office and project teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with managers, assist with billing and project coordination, and oversee office logistics—all while leading with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support managers with delegated tasks and daily check-ins.
    • Order and manage office supplies.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen.
    • Coordinate special events, lunch orders, and safety meetings.
    • Handle incoming invoices, purchase orders, and phone calls.
    • Support Human Resources with orientation processes.
    • Assist with JDE purchase order overflow and AR tracking.
    • Build and maintain vendor and customer relationships.
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Uphold company policies and contribute to quality control efforts.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience with administrative support.
    • Drive to support management groups in various projects.
