About the Role: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Associate who loves helping people and making every experience unforgettable! As the first face our guests see, you’ll be the heart of the action, managing check-ins, check-outs, scheduling appointments, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll also be the bridge between our amazing guests and our talented stylists, ensuring everyone gets the VIP treatment they deserve!

What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly face our guests can rely on for all their questions and appointment needs (whether it’s by phone, email, or in person).

Build awesome relationships with guests and make them feel like family by listening, chatting, and offering solutions tailored to them.

Share all the cool things our salon offers and make sure everyone knows what makes us special!

Stay in sync with our team of stylists to make sure appointments run smoothly.

Keep the salon running on point by ensuring everything is up to health and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A people-person with a really friendly vibe (you’ll be the one everyone turns to for a smile!).

Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and keep the energy high—whether that’s answering calls or helping out a guest in person.

A pro communicator who can handle all kinds of situations with grace and a positive attitude.

Comfortable using a computer to schedule and process payments.
