    We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities

    Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and manage check-in/check-out processes

    Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

    Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel management software

    Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately

    Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness

    Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

    Answer multi-line phone system and take accurate messages

    Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness and organization

    Assist with administrative tasks and prepare daily reports as needed

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience & Education

    1+ year of customer service experience required

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required

    Language Skills

    Fully fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

    Spanish fluency is a plus

    Technical Skills

    Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel management systems

    Cash handling experience and basic math skills

    Proficiency with multi-line phone systems

    Personal Qualities

    Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure

    Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

    Positive attitude and team player mentality

    Ability to remain calm and courteous when dealing with difficult situations

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

    Manual dexterity for computer work and handling paperwork

    Schedule Requirements

    Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends

    Willingness to work various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, overnight)

    Availability for holidays and peak season periods

    Must be dependable with consistent attendance
