Holiday Inn Express & Country Inn & Suites-Bensenville,IL 📍 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106 💵 $20–$22/hour, based on experience 🕒 Full-Time | Primarily Evening Shifts

Join our Torch Bearer Award winning team at Holiday Inn Express Bensenville! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping guests and wants to grow in the hospitality industry.

IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus, but strong customer-service experience is also valued.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience

Handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and guest requests

Assist guests with our Park, Sleep & Fly packages

Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain accurate front desk records and daily operations

Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred OR strong customer-service experience

IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Available for evening shifts and some weekends/holidays

Candidates with an IT/technology background are also welcome to apply.
