    - Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
    - Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, striving to resolve them to the guest’s satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.
    - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for upcoming guests and any issues are addressed swiftly.
    - Maintain clear and accurate records of guest bookings and payments, utilizing our hotel's reservation software.
    - Provide assistance with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and communicated.
    - Uphold the hotel’s standards for security by managing guest access and maintaining confidentiality of personal information.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role is required.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
    - Proficiency in hotel management software (Marriott- FOSSE ) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
