Location: Holiday Inn Express Bensenville – 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out

Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems

Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service

Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Opera)

Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
