    Job Summary

    City Express by Marriott New Orleans I-10 is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with prior Marriott brand experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring compliance with Marriott standards and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

    Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests

    Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

    Maintain accurate records using Marriott systems (PMS)

    Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations

    Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and guest service expectations

    Qualifications

    Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Marriott-branded hotel

    Experience with hotel systems (Opera, MARSHA, or similar) preferred

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

    Professional demeanor and attention to detail
