Responsibilities: • Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth. • Manage guest check-outs and ensure billing accuracy. • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff. • Balance cash drawer and perform daily shift audits. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk area. Qualifications: • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability required). • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. • Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided). • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
