    Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping/maintenance staff to coordinate room availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

    This position is for second shift. The hours of 3p-11p This is a part time position for 1-2 days a week. Must be at least 21 to sell and serve liquor with a Basset Certification.

    Option to cross train into other shifts!

    Responsibilities

    Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities

    Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person

    Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions

    Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms

    Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

    Prepare the Lounge and Kitchen to be open from 4:30p-11:30pm

    Forward Face Marketplace and fill shelves with candy

    Check guests in and out

    Make Coffee and clean in the lobby

    Check on the Pool, collect dirty towels, light cleaning

    sweep, vacuum, mop

    Qualifications

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

    Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

    Computer literacy and typing skills.

    Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

    Able to lift 35 pounds

    The second shift can be fast paced and is entirely customer oriented. The attendant must be able to multi task and work independently.
