We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Cincinnati. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Provide information about company services and respond to inquiries
Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
