    Job Title: Front Desk Agent Reports To: Front Desk Supervisor / Front Office Manager

    Position Summary

    The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by efficiently handling guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive guest experience while following Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and operating procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

    Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel policies and Hilton brand standards.

    Assign rooms and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

    Manage reservations, including pre-registration, room blocking, and same-day bookings.

    Follow hotel rate structures, discounts, and selling strategies when handling reservations.

    Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries accurately according to hotel policies.

    Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, local attractions, directions, and transportation options.

    Maintain the front desk area, lobby appearance, and ensure professional communication with guests and team members.

    Follow all SOPs, LSOPs, and Hilton brand standards while maintaining guest confidentiality and safety.

    Additional Duties

    Assist other departments during high-volume periods when needed.

    Maintain accurate records of room keys and follow key control procedures.

    Support the front desk team to ensure smooth hotel operations.

    Job Types

    Full-time / Part-time

    Pay

    $15.05 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Schedule

    4-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour shifts

    Day, evening, or night shifts

    Weekends and holidays as required

    Preferred Qualifications

    1+ year of hotel front desk experience (preferred)

    Hilton brand experience preferred

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

    Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
