We are looking for a part-time front desk associate. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted. Ideal hours are 9am - 1pm M-F

Responsibilities

Sending out thank you emails and welcome letters to new customers.

Audit all new business policies for compliance.

Process incoming and outgoing mail

Reach out to customers regarding past due billing and collect payments.

Assist with maintaining a client ready office.

Maintain professional appearance.

Greet all customers with friendly and professional demeanor.

Miscellaneous operational tasks.
