    Job Summary We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) and flexible person to join our team in a role that combines Front Desk work and Assistant Manager duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the hospitality industry and gain valuable hotel management experience.     Front Desk Responsibilities

    Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities

    Answer questions and manage reservations

    Greet guests and help with check-in/check-out

    Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

    Light housekeeping duties

    Assistant Manager Responsibilities

    Help oversee daily hotel operations

    Support, train and guide staff

    Assist with scheduling, inventory, and reports

    Qualifications

    Organized, friendly and outgoing personality

    Familiarity with hospitality industry standards (hotel experience is a plus)

    Proficient in English & Spanish (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

    Computer literacy

    Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

    Able to lift 30 pounds

    Readiness to learn and grow in the role

    Schedule

    3 days/week at the front desk: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    2 days/week doing management/support duties

    Holidays & Weekends required

    Pay

    Starting Pay: $20/hour

    Raise after probation period if performance is good
