    Los Angeles Oral & Facial Surgery (LAOFS) is seeking a full-time Front Desk Assistant to join our rapidly growing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Beverly Hills.

    We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused individual who is passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional experience for every patient. Our practice is built on honesty, professionalism, compassionate care, and treating every patient like a guest. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

    Compensation & Benefits

    $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience

    Full-time position

    One week paid vacation during first year of employment. This can only be taken after the first 6 months of employment.

    Two weeks paid vacation after second year of employment.

    Major holidays off, consistent with practice policy and scheduling needs

    Responsibilities

    Greet and welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm

    Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions

    Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments

    Verify PPO insurance eligibility and benefits

    Check patients in and out efficiently

    Collect patient information and maintain accurate records

    Communicate with patients through Weave (phone, text, and messaging)

    Utilize Sensei Cloud Practice Management Software for scheduling and patient management

    Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

    Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every interaction

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience preferred

    Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery experience strongly preferred

    Experience with PPO insurance plans required

    Familiarity with Sensei Cloud DPMS and/or Weave is a plus

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Additional Information

    We utilize a third-party billing company, so this position has minimal billing responsibilities. Our focus is on delivering outstanding patient care, efficient scheduling, and a world-class patient experience.
