    Employment type: Part time (approx. 20-25hrs./week) Mid-day to closing (Ex:12-5pm) Pay range: $16.95-24.00 hourly based on experience

    Job Description:

    Seeking a sharp detail oriented Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team. Provide outgoing and friendly front-desk customer service by welcoming customers, answering phone inquiries, and assisting clients with rental questions and reservations. This is a unique position designed for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization and reviewing work. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression while ensuring accurate information and efficient service. You will be the buffer that ensures reservations and details are accurate.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Customer Service:

    o Answer phones and greet customers, assisting rental clients in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

    o Utilize the Alert rental software program to process reservations and effectively organize outgoing and incoming rentals.

    o Obtain customer and job details to determine the appropriate equipment or event rental needs.

    o Explain rental costs and any applicable additional fees, monitor outgoing and incoming reservations, and coordinate delivery and pick-up schedules.

    o Manage party event and tent reservations, including scheduling, customer communication, and coordination to ensure accurate planning and smooth execution.

    o Provide oversight of front desk operations, ensuring review that all customer and job information is accurate and that any updates or changes are properly recorded and communicated timely responses.

    o Conduct a final check of the days activities to ensure the office is perfectly prepared for the following day.

    Administrative Support:

    o Provide administrative and miscellaneous support to office staff as needed, including orders, monitoring emails, and maintaining files and spreadsheets.

    o Ensure all calls or messages for the owner is documented and passed along promptly to support

    o Problem identification, identifying errors in the workflow and bring them to management for resolution

    Team Support:

    o Additional support may be needed elsewhere with flexibility to work outside office

    Store Maintenance:

    o Assist with general store cleaning and upkeep

    This position while ideally scheduled between 12:00pm and 5:00pm allows for overlap with our morning staff and provides structured handoff for closing procedures. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time operation position.

    Education, Skills & requirements:

    • Proficiency in computer skills and customer service

    -Telephone and written communication skills

    ∙ Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing task

    • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and have time management skills

    • Must have reliable transportation

    • Ability to lift 40lbs
