We are looking for outstanding, personable, team and service-oriented professionals to join Aligned Modern Health as full-time Front Desk Associates/Clinic Managers at our Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, and Streeterville clinic locations. The role pays $39,000-$45,000 per year (based on experience) ** plus annual bonus potential.**

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the best patient experience possible in a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere;
• Act as a support partner and liaison between the patient, provider, and support team (scheduling, billing, etc.);
• Positively contribute to the patient first, team-based culture at AMH;
• Consistently achieve scheduling success with our patients.

Requirements:

• Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide 5-star service;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment;
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people - prior experience in sales, hospitality, or events a BIG plus;
• Passionate about health and wellness;
• High School degree required;
• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability;
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
