As a Front Desk Associate for the Sales & Operations team, you are the first impression of Alpha Fit Club. You set the tone for every member’s experience the moment they walk through our doors. This role is ideal for an outgoing, extroverted individual who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by sales and service. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations, driving membership sales, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Customer Service

Be the first and last impression of the studio while creating a welcoming atmosphere

Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members

Assist with check-ins and class bookings

Provide information on membership options, promotions, and policies

Handle member questions and feedback with professionalism

Sales

Drive membership growth by confidently promoting and selling memberships

Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, text, and email

Educate members on promotions, add-ons, and benefits to enhance their experience

Support Studio Operations

Ensure smooth check-ins/class flow

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area

Support coaching staff with class transitions and studio upkeep

Troubleshoot minor tech issues, as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Passion for fitness and a team-oriented mindset

Comfortable with technology and gym management software

Sales experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Availability

Full-time & Part-time positions available

Must be available early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
