What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly, build personal connections, and anticipate their needs
- Manage guest check-in/out, reconcile accounts, and handle cash or card transactions
- Promote brand loyalty program and follow brand hospitality sales standards
- Staff and maintain the market area, ensuring stock is organized and shelves are tidy
- Record guest requests, special needs, early arrivals/late departures, and communicate issues
- Conduct property walk-arounds, report safety/security issues, and pick up trash or items needing attention
- Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate with on-property maintenance as needed
- Complete all required training and compliance tasks, including CPR and TIPS certification
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk, dry storage, and adjacent areas
- Support smooth communication between all hotel departments
Who You Are
- Guest-focused, friendly, and professional
- Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Skilled in basic computer use (MS Edge, Word, Excel, email, printers/scanners)
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Physically able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed
