Position: Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate is the first friendly face our customers meet. You’ll welcome pet parents, check in pets for appointments, answer phones, schedule services, and assist with retail sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with animals and people in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet pet parents and pets upon arrival

Check in pets for grooming appointments

Collect and confirm pet and owner information

Answer phones and assist with scheduling

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Assist customers with retail purchases (toys, treats, food, etc.)

Restock shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming retail area

Process payments accurately

Perform other administrative duties and checklist as needed

Qualifications

Previous retail experience a plus - (Pet Retail or Pet environment really a plus)

Flexibility on schedule

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, outgoing, and organized

Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Previous retail or front desk experience is a plus (but not required)
