Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities will include working the register, answering the phone, processing measurements using spreadsheets, updating inventory records, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of QuickBooks invoicing.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and assist while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for customer follow-up, providing quotes, and order updates.

Drive sales by participating in information gathering and customer service.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

QuickBooks invoicing, Spreadsheet, and Monday.com experience a plus,

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Saturdays Required.
