    Are you organized, confident, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a reliable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients at our high-performing dental practice in Albany, Georgia.

    This role is ideal for individuals who value strong communication, take pride in being the go-to problem solver, and enjoy personal and professional growth, even outside of typical work hours.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process.

    Confirm appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with scheduling.

    Handle insurance verification and financial arrangements.

    Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day flowing smoothly.

    Maintain a clean, professional, and structured front office environment.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong communication skills and a calm, confident demeanor

    Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, military service, or team environments is a plus.

    Ability to manage time, multitask, and follow processes with precision

    Comfortable using computer systems and learning dental software (we’ll train you!)

    A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is required. A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
