MassageLuXe Irvine is looking for a friendly, positive, and professional Front Desk Associate to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

As the first point of contact for our spa, you’ll greet guests, assist with scheduling, help grow our membership program, and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited to return.

What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
Manage appointments and guest information
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
Promote and sell spa memberships and services
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Occasionally assist with community events

Job Details
Position: Part-Time Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities
Schedule:
4–8 hour shifts
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Weekend availability required
Occasional participation in community events
Location: Crossroads Plaza – Irvine, CA
