Effective Massage & Stretch (EMS) is looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Sales Associate.

Responsibilities include: Greeting our clients with a friendly and committed attitude. Explaining the benefits of massage. Selling our Personal Care Program Scheduling appointments. Maintaining a clean and inviting studio. Answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless client experience.

This opportunity immediately involves you in the day-to-day operations. You help run the business, make decisions, make mistakes, grow, and make a difference.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in marketing campaigns, community events, and other outreach efforts.

Required Skills:

• Must love people and not be hesitant to engage
• Must enjoy selling and conversing with people
• Strong computer & data entry skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional phone etiquette & voice
• Ability to work well with others and build customer and peer relationships
• At least one year of sales and customer experience
• Flexible work hours, including nights & and weekends
• Passionate about Massage!
• Successfully pass a background check
• Previous Spa experience is a plus
• Mindbody or Millennium software a plus- Work 30hrs - 35+ hrs per week

Our Location: We are located in the HEB Plus-Lakeline shopping center at HWY 183 and Lakeline Blvd. Situated directly adjacent to Lakeline Mall, the center is anchored by a 117,800-square-foot HEB Plus grocery store, Stein Mart, Alamo Drafthouse, and Michaels.

Our Studio hours are: Monday thru Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm.
