Key Responsibilities Patient Check‑In/Out — Greet patients, verify information, update records, and manage end‑of‑visit procedures. Appointment Scheduling — Manage calendars, confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and optimize provider schedules. Insurance Verification — Confirm eligibility, benefits, frequencies, and pre‑authorizations. Financial Coordination — Present treatment plans, collect payments, explain balances, and process claims. Phone & Communication Management — Answer calls, respond to messages, and maintain professional communication. Record Management — Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance. Office Support — Assist with daily administrative tasks, reports, and office organization.
