As a Front Desk Associate, you are one of the first points of contact for our families and play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This is a highly customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills, confidence speaking with current and prospective families, and the ability to turn inquiries into enrollments.
You will assist families with class registration, scheduling, account questions, payments, and general customer service while actively promoting SafeSplash programs and helping the location meet enrollment and retention goals.

Educate prospective families on SafeSplash programs, class levels, pricing, and available services

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective and current families
Assist customers with selecting the appropriate classes based on swimmer needs and availability
Register students and manage class enrollments, transfers, cancellations, and account updates
Schedule and confirm lessons, evaluations, and other swim programs
Process payments and assist families with billing and account questions
Promote additional programs, services, events, and enrollment opportunities
Maintain accurate customer and student information within scheduling and enrollment systems
Communicate professionally with instructors, deck supervisors, management, and other team members
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
Complete additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to recommend programs and ask for enrollment
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with families and children
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and work toward solutions
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, email, and other technology
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous customer service, sales, front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is more than someone who simply sits at the front desk. We are looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, customer-focused, and motivated to help grow the business. You should be comfortable starting conversations, following up with leads, explaining the value of our swim programs, and providing families with an experience that makes them want to enroll—and stay enrolled—with SafeSplash.
