About the Role As a Dog Wellness Advocate, you are the first impression for every dog parent. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and educate customers on the value of routine dog care. This is a sales-driven role built on building relationships, trust, and genuine enthusiasm for dogs.

What You’ll Do

Drive membership sales through customer connection and education

Recommend services, add-ons, and products to meet customer needs

Manage appointments, customer profiles, and phone inquiries

Provide a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house experience

Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills

Genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing

Confidence in sales (membership or retail experience preferred)

Strong communication and basic tech/computer skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
