Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Flemington is a boutique wellness studio where hospitality meets healthcare. We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate who isn’t just checking people in—but creating an experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connection, wellness, and being the calm, confident presence that keeps everything flowing smoothly.

What You’ll Do
As our Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio, supporting both client experience and daily operations.
Client Experience & Hospitality
Warmly greet and check in clients
Create a calm, inviting reception space
Offer light hospitality support to ensure client comfort
Answer questions about services and guide clients appropriately
Scheduling & Communication
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer incoming calls and route inquiries
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Administrative & Sales Support
Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)
Create smart client lists and assist with targeted outreach
Support sales pipeline efforts and follow-ups
Help move prospective clients through their wellness journey
Who You Are
Naturally friendly, welcoming, and polished
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Confident speaking with clients in person and on the phone
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
A team player who can also work independently
Genuinely interested in wellness, hospitality, or customer experience
(Bonus: experience in hospitality, spas, medical offices, or customer service—but not required)
