✅ You've sold something before (retail, restaurant, memberships, anything) and you're confident asking for the sale ✅ You're a genuine dog person ✅ You're outgoing, competitive, and like hitting numbers ✅ You want a job that could turn into a management career, not just a paycheck ✅ You have reliable transportation and can work in a smoke-free environment

Non-negotiables: confidence selling + a genuine love of dogs. If you don't have both, this isn't your role - and that's okay, but please don't apply if you're missing one of these two.

What You'll Actually Do:

Turn walk-ins and leads into members by educating dog parents on health & wellness services

Own your numbers - average ticket price, upsells and rebook ratio are your scoreboard

Follow up on new leads (this is where the real money is)

Run the front desk: phones, scheduling, customer profiles, cash drawer

Keep the lobby sharp and welcoming - first impressions matter

The Fine Print:

Computer/tech comfort required (you'll use our scheduling & POS systems daily)

Time-management skills: you're juggling a full lobby and a full schedule

Accountability: we hold high standards and expect you to hold yourself to them too
