About the Role:

The Dog Stop is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Attendant to join our team in Centreville, VA! This is a great opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization, creating a positive first impression for every guest and visitor. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate staff

Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Assist staff and management with day-to-day operational needs

Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with basic computer applications

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must LOVE dogs
