    Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Attendant to provide exceptional service to our Condominium Residents during the weekends covering the 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift. This role primarily operates in the lobby area of the condominium building and involves frequent interaction with residents, guests, and vendors. It is a fast-paced environment that requires professionalism and a high level of service at all times. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safety and security of the residents, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the building, serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.

    Responsibilities

    Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors upon arrival.

    Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests, either in person, via phone, or email.

    Handle and resolve resident concerns or escalate to management as needed.

    Monitor building entrances and common areas via surveillance systems.

    Control access to the building by ensuring all visitors, contractors, and vendors sign in/out and are authorized to enter.

    Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management.

    Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and notifying the appropriate authorities.

    Package & Mail Handling:

    Accept, log, and distribute packages and mail to residents. Notify residents of package deliveries via email or phone.

    Qualifications

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

    Proficient in English

    Computer literacy

    Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

    Able to lift 30 pounds
