Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing safe and responsible support to residents of Downtown View, a 47-unit PPL development, operating in partnership with Youth Link. Downtown View provides housing for youth, ages 18 – 24 years, who have a history of homelessness and often face other barriers to stability. This is a front desk style position with an emphasis on being an accessible and supportive presence to the residents, while also maintaining the safety and security of the community and the building.
This position provides coverage and front desk duties between the hours of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM Wednesday to Thursday, and Friday 11:59PM to Saturday 8:00Am. The ability to work awake overnights is a requirement of the position. Shifts will be between 12 and 8 hours and anticipate flexible scheduling. This is a benefit eligible position at 20+ regular hours per week.
