Schedule: Monday–Friday Location: Boca Raton The Vibe: High-energy, organized, people-focused. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus. Front desk or customer service experience preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming patients and checking them in with warmth and confidence

Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly

Answering phones and assisting patients with questions

Processing payments and handling insurance verification

Keeping the front desk polished, organized, and efficient

Confidently navigating our systems and software
