What You’ll Do
Welcome every client with genuine friendliness and professionalism
Create a warm, upbeat, and reassuring first impression
Help people feel comfortable, seen, and cared for—sometimes when they really need it
Answer and route phone calls with clarity and empathy using a memorized script, so each time the phone rings, the client knows they are in good hands
Keep the front desk and lobby organized, polished, and inviting
Manage mail, deliveries, and light administrative support
Juggle multiple tasks while staying positive, composed, and engaged
You are the tone setter. The vibe keeper. The calm in the room.
