About the Role:

Premier Health of South Minneapolis is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk/CA Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software

Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and intake forms

Process patient payments, co-pays, and assist with billing inquiries

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation

Support clinical staff and providers with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a medical front desk, chiropractic assistant, or healthcare administrative role preferred

Must be Bilingual Spanish-English

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment

Basic knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
