Position Overview
We are seeking a high school or college student to support our front desk operations, client check-ins, scheduling, and overall customer experience. This is a part-time, in-person role at our Livingston facility.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage check-ins for lessons and classes
Assist with scheduling, bookings, and answering client questions
Provide basic information about our programs and services
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lounge area
Support instructors with session prep when needed
Handle email/text confirmations through our client management system
Help ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly client experience
Qualifications
High school or college student
Friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking with clients
Strong communication and organization skills
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, scheduling platforms)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fitness, skiing, snowboarding, or sports is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Pay
10–20 hours per week (flexible)
Weekdays after school + weekend availability preferred
Hourly pay based on experience
