About the Role:

Picklr Bozeman is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Client Service representative to be the welcoming face of our facility! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing sports communities in Bozeman, MT, where every day brings energy, fun, and great people. Your position comes with a free Picklr pickleball membership!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, professional attitude

Manage court reservations, scheduling, and facility bookings with our PLay-by-Point POS system

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about memberships and programs

Process payments, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and pro shop

Assist with facility events, leagues, and open play coordination as well as participate in off-site marketing events

Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

Previous client service, front desk, or pro shop sales experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - sales experience a big plus

Comfortable with basic MAC computer systems, scheduling software, excel and POS systems

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Passion for sports, recreation, or an active lifestyle is a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
