    What You’ll Do

    Front Desk Responsibilities

    Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

    Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently

    Verify patient information and assist with intake paperwork

    Collect payments and support the checkout process

    Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and PT staff to maintain smooth patient flow

    Keep the reception area organized and professional

    Clinic / Back Office Support

    Assist with patient room preparation when needed

    Assist provider with procedures

    Help maintain clean and stocked treatment areas

    Support basic administrative and clinical workflow tasks

    Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and patient needs

    Step in where needed to help the team succeed during busy periods

    Preferred Experience

    Previous medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare office experience

    Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

    Experience in pain management, orthopedics, physical therapy, or rehabilitation is a plus
