    Front Desk Coordinator – Physical, Occupational & Massage Therapy Clinic

    About Us We are a patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation clinic specializing in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Massage Therapy. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and personalized treatment to help our patients move better, feel better, and live better. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

    Position Overview The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can comfortably multitask while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

    Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments for physical, occupational, and massage therapy services

    Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring all information is accurate

    Collect copays or balances when necessary

    Maintain organized and accurate patient records and documentation

    Coordinate schedules for multiple providers and manage changes throughout the day

    Communicate clearly with therapists and clinical staff regarding patient schedules and needs

    Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

    Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front office environment

    Qualifications

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

    Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software

    Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred, but not required
