We’re Hiring – Full-Time Patient Coordinator Dr. Amy James & Associates – Orthodontists Haddonfield, NJ
A small, state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is seeking a positive, dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing team player to manage front-office operations at our well-established, patient-centered practice.
Ideal Candidate: You are organized, friendly, and love interacting with patients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and bring a warm, professional energy to the front desk.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing multi-line phone system and triaging patient calls
Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments
Monitoring patient flow and checking in patients
Maintaining accurate electronic patient records
Verifying dental insurance and orthodontic benefits
Conducting new patient consultations and presenting treatment plans
Discussing financial options and collecting payments
Requirements:
Experience in orthodontics or dental front office
Strong knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask with efficiency and accuracy
A team-focused attitude and a bright, welcoming personality
Salary: Commensurate with experience
