    Are you an organized and friendly individual with a knack for customer service? Cascade Acupuncture Center (CAC) is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Scheduler to join our dedicated team! Our center has been a pillar in the community for nearly 20 years, providing exceptional holistic care and winning the Best of the Gorge award for four consecutive years (2021–2024).

    In this key role, you'll continue that tradition and be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth operations within our practice. Your contribution will help us continue providing top-quality care that makes a difference in our patients' lives. We offer Acupuncture, Herbal Consultations, and Massage.

    Responsibilities

    Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

    Manage patient scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations and minimize wait times

    Coordinate with practitioners regarding patient care and scheduling needs.

    Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

    Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

    Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

    Run minor errands for the clinic (laundry drop off/pick up, collecting the mail)

    Assist with billing and insurance processes as needed

    Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare administration is a plus.

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff with a commitment to customer service

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers, scheduling software and general office technology (printers, routers, online phone systems, Microsoft 365 and G-Suite)

    Excellent multi-tasking skills

    Knowledge of holistic health practices is a plus but not mandatory.
