Front Desk Coordinator – Columbia Auto Body (Whitman, MA)
Columbia Auto Body is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering the high level of service we’re known for.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Handle faxing, scanning, and general office tasks
Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out processes
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience
Coordinate communication between customers, staff, and insurance companies
Support daily front office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with basic office technology (phones, email, scanning, etc.)
Prior customer service experience is a plus
