Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression.
Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits.
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records.
Collect patient payments and explain financial policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Support office operations and assist team members as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience in a dental office.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with dental practice management software.
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration.
