We’re growing and looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.
Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice.
Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes.
Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day.
Rotate primarily between our Atlanta, Riverdale, and Conyers locations, with support at our other clinics as needed.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare administration training is a plus).
1+ year of customer service experience — medical office experience preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve our community better.
Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
