    We're hiring a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and brings genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction.

    What you'll do:

    • Be the first point of contact for patients — in person, by phone, and by email

    • Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient flow with precision

    • Handle confidential patient information with discretion

    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

    • Anticipate needs before they're expressed

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution required

    • A people person - must genuinely enjoy interacting with people. This is a highly social position.

    • Customer service experience, hospitality, luxury retail, or a patient-facing role

    • The can do attitude - whatever, whenever

    • Polished, poised, and calm under pressure

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication

    • Tech-savvy and highly organized

    • NYC-based and available to work on-site in Manhattan five days a week
