    Collect copays, balances, and payments

    Maintain accurate patient records

Communicate scheduling needs with the team

    Support smooth daily patient flow

    Complete end-of-day reconciliation reports

Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient confidentiality

Keep the reception area organized and professional

Deliver a consistently positive patient experience

    The Right Candidate

You may be a great fit if you are:

    Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

    Organized and detail-oriented

    Professional in communication and appearance

    Comfortable discussing and collecting payments

Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Interested in building a long-term healthcare career

    Required Qualifications

Experience in a medical, dental, optometry, or ophthalmology front office preferred

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Clear communication with patients and team members

    High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with Nextech, insurance verification, scheduling, and patient collections is strongly preferred.
